Twirlula welcomes every texture, from loose waves to tight coils and every pattern in between. We’re building a straightforward hair care line with curly hair close to heart and room for everyone at the shelf. Each product page says which textures it suits best, with tips if your hair wants more.

Each product page has directions, how much to use and cautions. Start small, patch test anything new on your inner forearm first, and build up from there.

We show the ingredient list instead of buzzwords. Each hair-care product page has the full ingredient list, in order from most to least. Fragrance appears as "Fragrance (Parfum)," and known fragrance allergens, like linalool, are listed by name.

They're cosmetics, made to cleanse, condition, moisturize and add soft shine. Each product page says what that product is made to do. If you notice sudden or significant changes in your hair, scalp or skin, please talk to a dermatologist or your doctor.

Everyone's skin is different, so we can't promise how yours will react. Each hair-care product page shows its full ingredient list, including fragrance allergens and any acids or essential oils, and we ask you to patch test first. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your dermatologist before trying something new.

Each product page names any nut-derived oils in its ingredient list and allergen note. Check the ingredient list, talk to your doctor before use if you have a nut allergy, and always patch test.

If you're pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor or midwife before trying new personal care products. Each hair-care product page shows the full ingredient list, so you can bring it with you. Always follow the directions and cautions on each label, and keep all products out of reach of children.

Orders ship within [handling time coming soon], and delivery usually takes about [delivery estimate coming soon] from your order in the contiguous US (an estimate, not a guarantee). Standard shipping is $6.95 flat for contiguous-US orders under $50 and free on contiguous-US orders of $50 or more. Alaska and Hawaii are $12.95 flat. We ship to US addresses only at launch. If we can't ship your order within the time we've stated, we'll email you with a new ship date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. Details: Shipping & returns.

Usually, yes, with one tracking link. If it ever ships in more than one package, each gets its own tracking, and you still pay shipping only once.

Unopened, unused items can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. Email [Twirlula support email coming soon] with your order number. For unopened items, we usually refund you without asking you to send the item back. If an item arrives broken, defective or wrong, we'll replace it or refund it. Details: our Refund Policy.

Stop using it right away and rinse the area with water. If it's serious, see a doctor. Then please tell us using the Report a Product Reaction form or at [Twirlula support email coming soon]. The form asks for your consent to collect the details in the report so we can respond, look into the product and batch, and keep the safety records federal law requires, plus a separate, optional consent to share them with the product's manufacturer.
